Your Booking Under Your Domain Name
You have a website, a brand, and sometimes an address already familiar to your clients. When someone books a room or a workspace, the URL and the screen matter just as much as the time slot. A generic link in the colors of a tool breaks the flow: the person no longer knows if they’re still on your site.
Cowork. manages the schedule and payments. The booking funnel, however, can display your domain, your logo, and your colors.
What Happens On-Site
Someone receives a link, selects a resource, and pays if needed. They don’t access your back office. They see a public page: schedules, rates, confirmation — under your space’s name, not a platform catalog.
Many operators initially share a /book/… link on the Cowork. domain. It works. But as soon as this link appears on your website, emails, or social media, the question becomes: does the address in the browser bar still reflect your brand?
The Issue
The friction isn’t technical; it’s about trust. You’ve carefully crafted your website and branding. Then, the “Book” button opens a different address — sometimes with a similar look, but under a name that isn’t yours. Regulars get used to it. Newcomers hesitate a second too long. You explain: “Yes, it’s still us; it’s just the tool behind it.”
You no longer want to say that.
How It Works with Cowork.
For each space, you customize the booking funnel’s identity: logo at the top of the page, primary color, secondary color. Buttons and accents follow your branding. This isn’t a website overhaul: it’s the booking page aligning with what your clients already know.
Next, you link a domain name — often reservation.yourdomain.com or book.yourdomain.com. You add the DNS record provided in the back office. Once active, this address becomes the default for the funnel. The link under the Cowork. domain remains available; what you highlight is yours.
The process stays the same: time slot, optional payment, confirmation. No second tool, no manual page rebuild.
The Difference It Makes
A client arriving from your website no longer switches universes. Emails, bookmarks, and on-site QR codes point to an address under your name. Personalization isn’t just visual: it’s also in the address bar. You keep the Cowork. back office. They book with you.
