Coworkapp is a SaaS software solution designed for operators of coworking spaces and offices. It supports the management of spaces, bookings, contracts and subscriptions, invoicing and members. Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis, under the terms set out in the Terms of Use and Terms of Sale.
4. Intellectual property
All elements of the website and of the service — source code, interfaces, texts, logos, databases and downloadable documents — are protected under French and international copyright and intellectual property law, and remain the exclusive property of WB Studio.
The subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of the subscription. Any reproduction, representation, modification, decompilation or extraction, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Data entered by the customer into the service remains the exclusive property of the customer.
5. Personal data protection
Two distinct roles:
For data collected through the marketing website, contact forms and customer account management, WB Studio acts as data controller.
For data that the customer (the coworking space operator) processes through the service in relation to its own members, WB Studio acts as data processor, on the customer's instructions, under the terms of the data processing agreement appended to the contract.
Purposes. Customer relationship management and handling of enquiries, account creation and administration, provision and improvement of the service, invoicing, security and fraud prevention, and compliance with legal and accounting obligations.
Your rights. In accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Retention. Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then archived in accordance with the applicable statutory retention periods.
